A negotiable deposit must be paid prior to the commencement of any brief.  This is to compensate us in the event of a client backing out.

A contact email and telephone number must be given with the brief in order for us to contact the client with any queries that may arise throughout the production of the work; if the brief is satisfactory this should not be necessary.

In order for us to pay our writers promptly, we ask that any complaints are made in writing within 7 days of recieving the completed work.

Fees must be paid in full before the completed work is sent out/returned to the client.

In the event of a deadline of 48 hours or less, if we accept the brief, we wish to warn the client that we often charge double, if not more.  This is simply because the writer must work twice as hard to accomplish his or her deadline.  This will be negotiated as quickly as possible before any work is commenced.

Write Time reserve the right to refuse payment to any freelance writer in our employ who fails to complete the work on time or to an agreed, reasonable standard.  It is recommended that you choose jobs you are very capable of and understand what is expected of you before you begin.
